Urban Hope Membership Club provides home buyers with a 14 step "Journey to Homeownership" curriculum that is designed to meet the educational and counseling needs of each family. The program is based upon the homebuyer's assessment of financial literacy and their credit score, which will determine their homebuyer readiness. Based upon the homebuyer's assessment, the homebuyer will be assigned to one of three extensive educational curriculums: Comprehensive, Fundamental, or Fast Track (ranging from 4 to 12 weeks of educational classes)
